Wendy Burkholder tends to have the same effect on people as the sun does when it first peeks through the clouds after a rainstorm As executive director of the nonprofit Consumer Credit Counseling Service of Hawaii (CCCS), Burkholder has helped hundreds of people weather financial crises and brought rays of hope back into their lives.
