The objective of this study is to provide an environmental technology standard for Norae-Bangs which allows for the entrance of minors. With that in mind, the current conditions of Norae-Bangs in the 33 districts, which include the 25 districts of Seoul and 8 cities in the Kyonggi Province, were investigated. This investigation aims to create a sound and pleasant environment that minors can freely use, and which can be used as an environmental technology standard for Norae-Bangs, when they are opened to minors in the future
