"I've had a few good races, ending up anywhere from the middle of the pack to the top ten in my age group a few times," said Todd Payne, remembering triathlons he's participated in.
"But that was a long time ago," when he was much younger. When he was 32 years old. Now, after an eight-year hiatus, Payne is back in the groove. This summer, the 40-year-old Payne will be in four triathlons, three of them in Connecticut and one in Chicago.
