Think of it as a triathlon with training wheels.
Edward Health and Fitness Center at Seven Bridges will host the final triathlon in the 10th annual Midwest Indoor Tri Classic Series on Sunday.
"It's not out of reach of the average person," he said.
During the event, triathletes will swim 10 minutes, ride 20 minutes on a stationary bike and run for 15 minutes around the fitness center's track.
