DALLAS - Down on the street in front of the Sixth Floor Museum, Jimmy Longoria practices his energetic brand of commercial performance art.
"Hey, do you see that?" he asks an unsuspecting group of tourists. He points. Everyone looks. "That's the grate over the tunnel where the grassy knoll assassin made his getaway!"
