Lane Community College women's basketball coach Greg Sheley announced his 2003-04 recruiting class on Monday, with former Thurston High School standout Ashley Sequeira leading a group of four players.

Sequeira was a first-team all-Midwestern League selection this past season after averaging 14 points and seven rebounds for the Colts.

REGIONAL ROUNDUP

The 6-foot wing will contend for a starting spot with the Titans, who lost two starters and one reserve off last season's team that made the Northwest Athletic Association of Community Colleges postseason tournament after finishing in a three-way tie for the Southern Division title and had a final record of 25-8.
