PROJECT OVERVIEW:
The local QATAR REAL ESTATE INVESTMENT CO. (QREIC) is currently gearing-up to build a housing development dubbed the Mesaieed Housing Project. In so doing, QREIC recently retained the services of US-based PARSONS INTERNATIONAL to provided design consultancy services. The undertaking in question calls for building 1,050 housing units in the city of Mesaieed, Qatar.
In addition to the residential units the complex will include: - Green areas; - Playing grounds for children; - Mosques; - Recreation and business centers; - Parking areas and other facilities.
