The vast majority of our laboratories that use animals in their work try to cover up for their failure to meet basic standards in animal care. Official investigators are misled by the blatant lies laboratories churn out. Basic standards laid down in laws, regulations and contracts are not met, and most of the funds that are allocated to keep the animals in good health to meet those basic standards are stolen by members of the laboratory staff and their superiors.
