Some people are just in the right place at the right time.
Lindsey Bergeon is a good example. After being prompted by her close friend, Danielle Ronderos, to enter the Teens on the Green tournament last weekend, Bergeon ended up winning the tournament and an all-expenses-paid trip to Latvia in August.
Bergeon, one of the top junior players in the state, didn't know know about the perks of winning the tournament when she entered. She also received a free trip to the U.S. Virgin Island for winning her age group.
