Almost all parents know how important it is to put their children in child safety seats when in the car. Nearly every state has passed laws requiring their use. What many parents don't realize is that when their children outgrow the safety seats they should use a booster seat. Going right to adult seat belts isn't sale. A study from the University of Pennsylvania School of Nursing looked at why so many parents don't use booster seats. Many parents weren't aware that booster seats 'exist.
