Riyadh has asked Moscow for help in co-ordinating management of the world oil market, according Russian Ambassador to the Saudi capital, Andrei Baklanov. On Oct. 1 he was quoted as saying Saudi experts proposed using the newly set up Riyadh secretariat of the International Energy Forum (IEF) as one of the instruments to harmonise oil prices.
