Turkmenistan now is exporting of 60,000 b/d of crude oils and condensates, down from 75,000 b/d in the autumn of 2002, and is importing about 20,000 b/d of crude oil from Russia. It is exporting 82,000 b/d of refined petroleum products, up from 70,000 b/d in the autumn of 2002. The country's consumption of petroleum products is averaging 78,000 b/d, compared to 74,000 b/d in 2003 and 80,000 b/d in 2002.
