THE archetypal body shop conjures images of greasy repairmen clambering out from beneath cars to help their customers. Body shops often evoke remembrances of exorbitant estimates and seemingly endless waits for cars to be repaired. Ultimately, a painful process that begins when one crashes their car frequently gets more grueling. Andrew Rapport, the 25-year-old co-owner and president of McAlister's Body Shops, wants to drastically alter this reputation. Certainly, if exterior appearances are any indication, Rapport's body shops are a different breed.
