About the Author Hubert Franz-Josef Bromma is the CEO of Entrust Administration., Inc., which provides plan administration and recordkeeping services. Prior to founding this company in 1981, Bromma was CEO of Providence Trust Company, an Commonwealth LP. He previously owned Consulting Associates, Inc. a national bank consulting firm. His undergraduate degrees are in Political Science and Economics, and he completed his graduate work in Political Economics.
