About the Author

He is a designer of satellite and DSL surveillance systems, and is highly trained in investigative, security, and game protection, and is proficient in establishing policies and directives for single and multiple hotel and casino surveillance and security operations. Louis A. Tyska is a private consultant, expert witness, and former chairman of the National Cargo Security Council. He has written, taught, and lectured widely in the security and business community. Together with Mr. Fennelly, he has co-authored several books, including Security in the Year 2000 and Beyond, Cargo Theft Prevention: A Handbook for Logistics Security, and Retail Security: 150 Things You Should Know. Lawrence J. Fennelly is president of Litigation Consultant, Inc. He is a security consultant as well as a forensic consultant. He is the editor and author of numerous books on security issues.
