Australian Principles of Evidence

This work deals with the law of evidence as it applies in Australian courts in both civil and criminal proceedings. It sets out the rules of evidence in a manner designed to be readily comprehensible to student readers, without compromising on its discussion of the issues in question. The structure is modelled on that of the uniform evidence legislation adopted by the Commonwealth and New South Wales in 1995.
