Insurance Disputes FROM THE PUBLISHER
Insurance is ultimately about cover. "Insurance Disputes" aims to offer a practical claims/litigation package. As a practice manual written by practitioners, it seeks to identify and resolve issues such as: how should the claimant handle a dispute? Is the claim within the cover? When should an insurer dispute cover? What steps can an insurer take to deny cover?
The book is structured into two parts. The first is primarily concerned with principles of law and the second puts the theoretical section into its practical context by covering individual types of insurance.
