About the Author Andrew Evans, author of Ukraine: The Bradt Travel Guide, has been traveling regularly to Kiev since 1994. He completed his postgraduate work in Russian and East European Studies at Oxford University, where he wrote and lectured on Ukrainian politics, history, and culture.
