About the Author Michael Dobson has over twenty years of experience in project management. As president of his own consulting firm, he has worked with clients such as Calvin Klein Cosmetics, Union Carbide, Department of Health of Human Services, and the Australian State Rail. As an operating project manager, he was part of the project management team that built the Smithsonian National Air and Space Museum. He also served as Director of New Product Development and Marketing for TSR, Inc., one of the worlds best-known game companies.
