About the Author
Lt. Col. Donald M. Goldstein, USAF (ret.) is professor of public and international affairs at the University of Pittsburgh and a best-selling author. Col. Harry J. Maihafer, USA (Ret.) is a graduate of the U.S. military Academy and a Korean war combat veteran. he lives in Nashville, Tennessee.
