About the Author Peter M. Dunbar is a partner in the law firm of Pennington, Moore, Wilkinson, Bell & Dunbar, P.A., in Tallahassee, Florida. For a period of almost three years before joining the firm he served in the Office of the Governor of the State of Florida as General Counsel and later as Chief of Staff. Before joining Governor Martinez's staff, he was in private practice and specialized in the areas of real property and community association law. Mr. Dunbar is an Adjunct Professor at Florida State University College of Law and he has taught and lectured on associations and the law governing multi-family living since 1974. He is a member of the Florida Bar and an honors graduate from the College of Law at Florida State University.
