About the Author:
I received my BA degree in Speech Communications from Rider University, Lawrenceville, NJ. As Regional Recruiter with Pfizer Pharmaceuticals I have identified talent, recruited Sales Reps and trained Managers. My extensive experience includes Sales Rep/Manager and or Recruiter with American Home Products (Wyeth), Ciba-Geigy (Novartis) Innovex and Pfizer.
I began my eighteen year sales career as Medical Sales Representative with Whitehall Laboratories where I launched new products and developed new territory.
I was rewarded for my sales ability and won several awards and top honors such as President's Cup. I joined Ciba-Geigy (Novartis) where again, I launched several new drugs and won several Sales Awards and Promotions. As Manager with Innovex (Quintiles), my experience increased as I began working with all of the major drug companies and learning the nuances and differences between pharmaceutical companies and their employees. My track record with Innovex for hiring and placing the best performing Sales Reps led the way to the development of the Recruitment Department.
I have interviewed, hired and placed over four-thousand Reps to work for the major drug companies. My experience training District Managers on interviewing skills and techniques in order to fit the right candidate with the right job, and following the success of the people I have placed and hired gives me great personal satisfaction.
Let me share the information that will allow you to determine and control your future.
