About the Author Sensei Mika was trained in Japan, at Toyota, then implemented the Toyota Production System at NUMMI (the joint venture of Toyota and General Motors, in Fremont California) He had additional training in Japan with Master Sensei, Nakao at Shingijutsu Consulting Company. Sensei Mika has conducted over 300 events around the world with Fortune 100 companies. Sensei Mika has been an executive with Automotive, Aerospace, Appliance, Medical Device, Machine Tool and other manufacturing venues. He is also a Journeyman Tool and Diemaker, a Senior Tool and Process Engineer, A senior member of SME and has a degree in Management.
