Combinatorial Lottery Systems (Wheels) with Guaranteed Wins FROM THE PUBLISHER
Profesor Bluskov's book offers the newest on lotto systems (wheels). It would
be of interest to every lottery player or a group of players who wish to play
their numbers in a well-organized and highly-balanced way. Lottery systems
(wheels) guarantee wins in the same way a single ticket does while allowing
playing with many numbers (7,8,9,10,11,12,13,14,... etc.) For instance, a single
ticket guarantees a 4-win if four of the player's numbers are drawn. A lottery
system is a well-organized set of tickets, giving the same guarantee, while
allowing the players to use as many numbers as they wish. For example, system
#24 from the book guarantees a 4-win whenever four of the player's 14 numbers
are drawn; system #25 guarantees a 4-win whenever four of the player's 15
numbers are drawn, etc. Each system in the book has been constructed by Dr.
Bluskov's new techniques of combinatorial and computer optimization, and,
therefore, gives the most economical way of playing for a certain guaranteed
win. The book contains 128 systems of various guarantees. All but two of the
systems are new world records. The book allows system playing with up to 27
numbers. It is designed to help lottery players in experimenting with some
interesting strategies of playing. These strategies are known and widely used in
many European lotteries and implemented in the automated processing of tickets
in some.
It is the first ever book written by a mathematician and a lottery expert and
we believe it is the best one in existence. The book offers a huge number of
improvements in the area of classical lottery systems as well as excellent
navigational tools and presentation. Many features of the book are completely
new for the genre, for example, systems with double and multiple guarantees and
tables of possible wins. Other unique features include the presentation and
organization of the material: Each system appears as a separate article,
including a table of all possible wins; comments on various characteristics of
the system, such as minimality, balance and density; and the system itself. It
is a common belief that the lottery is a boring game. The book supplies the
tools to make playing the lottery as entertaining as playing a table game and
gives the player strategies to attack the jackpot in a balanced and
well-organized way. No mathematical knowledge is needed to either play or
understand the lottery systems, which makes the book accessible to virtually any
lottery player or a group of players.
About the Author
The author has worked as a freelance writer for a number of lottery
publications in Europe and North America, and has spent many years in research
in Combinatorics, a branch of Mathematics, which among other things deals with
combinatorial lottery systems (or coverings, as they call them in
Combinatorics). He holds several academic degrees, including Ph.D. in
Mathematics, and works as a university professor. Dr. Bluskov has written over
20 research papers related to lotteries and over 200 publications on lottery
systems. The objects presented in his book originate from the most recent
research in the area, and are based on his expert knowledge of the subject.
SYNOPSIS
This is a book for players or groups of players, who want to play more than six numbers and more tickets in the most well-organized, highly-balanced, and entertaining way in any pick-6 lottery in the world (where 6 numbers are drawn plus possibly one or two additional (bonus) balls). The book contains the most economical lottery systems ever created, completely supplied with tables of possible wins. The lottery player will find systems with double and multiple guarantees, excellent navigational tools and presentation.
Players share the opinion that playing a lottery system for guaranteed wins is more entertaining than simply playing a random collection of tickets. The lotto systems are explained in plain language and are very easy to use. No mathematical knowledge is assumed to either play or understand the systems and the tables of possible wins. More than 120 world record lotto systems (wheels) are presented in the book. The book is as appealing to readers unfamiliar with wheeling systems as it is to experienced wheel users. The novice will find a simple step-by-step explanation on how the systems work and how they can be used. The experienced wheel users will find systems which are shorter than any system available from other sources.
