From the Publisher It was a great pleasure to put this book together as so many people had reviewed these recipes. Their comments were a lot of fun to read and really brought the recipes to life. The section on boats and the history of Icelandic settlements was also very informative. I urge anyone and everyone who has even a passing interest in Icelandic or New Icelandic culture to read this book.
From the Author Originally I was trying to compile a small-ish book of recipes for my children, but it really snowballed. Aside from the recipes, the photographs of the area add a fuller flavour to the project.
