- Book Review,
by John William McCluskey, Lois E. Frevert (Editor)

Carolyn Rampe
"The Complete Book of Wedding Toasts" is a heart-warming, romantic, and poetic book on a subject that most people need help with.

Geoffery Bott
"This book is great. I wish I had it when I really needed it!"

Sharon Johanson
"What a terrific idea! The toasts are warm, loving, and beautifully written and touch on universal emotions."

Book Description
The Complete Book of Wedding Toasts contains over 300 toasts for every member of the wedding party, plus appropriate poems, essays, Scripture verses, wedding history and traditions. The book contains toasts for the many occasions that lead up to the wedding ceremony itself--showers, bridal luncheons, rehearsal dinners, etc. It offers toasts to the bride and groom from their parents, siblings, and wedding attendants, and includes sample toasts that the bride and groom can use to toast each other and their families. This book will help you to compose and deliver a heartfelt, meaningful tribute that will be remembered long after the wedding is over.

From the Publisher
We feel that this book is the best in its category. It is clearly written, well designed, and easy to use, containing many touching, beautiful sentiments that can be adapted to fit any wedding need.

From the Author
This book was started over 30 years ago. During that time, I would jot down words and phrases that I thought would add emotion, beauty, and sincerity to life's biggest moment. My hope is that it will put into words the love and tenderness, the joy and humor, the hopes and dreams, that are always present when two people give themselves to each other.

May your life be filled with sun-baked beaches, hazy vineyards, and lazy lunches under Parisian umbrellas. May you always live your life in the moment, and may you enjoy a long, lingering and smoldering desire for each other. May your eyes always see the beauty in each other, and may those loving images continue to fuel the passion and love you share today. John and Mary--one cannot think of one without the other. The joy of their union brings happiness to all of us who surround them. May your love multiply with the sharing of things that make you laugh and cry, and may your delight in each other brighten every day.
