From the Publisher This book has recently been revised due to the requests from many of Mike's customers, clients and students. It has sold worldwide since 1997 and this edition promises to give the reader an even better understanding of the material than the 1st edition. We have enjoyed immense success in the 1st few short months since this books release in the beginning of 2004.
From the Author I have really enjoyed revising this book. As an author, there are always a few things that we'd like to change. Those changes have been made and I'm pleased to say that all the feedback we have received has been positive. Please enjoy!
