Fred and Rani Hirschmann delight in exploring and photographing America's wild place. Prior to becoming full-time photographers, Fred and Randi spent a combined twenty-five years working as rangers for the National Park Service and U.S. Forest Service. Environmental writer and educator Mark Schlenz has been visiting California's desert regions all his life.
