It follows the master volume to the set, 'The Book of Irish Families, great & small" which contains information on families from all of Ireland. An outline of the history of the county as it relates to Irish families, and to Irish research, is included, along with an exhaustive history of thousands of Limerick families.
About the Author The author of this series is Michael C. O'Laughlin, president of the Irish Genealogical Foundation. He currently has ten hardbound volumes in print on Irish Family History and Culture, and is considered unequaled in his field. He is also the editor of the international monthly journal of "Irish Families", and takes a member group to Ireland each year in search of their roots.
