He has written about travel for scores of newspapers and magazines ranging from Esquire, Newsweek and Travel and Leisure, to the top magazines serving the travel industry. He knows major international airlines from the inside, has led tour groups, written vacation brochures, produced travel videos and crafted speeches for airline presidents. For more than two years, his column, Cheap Charlie, a combination of online and offline bargains, and consumer advocacy, has appears on Ticked! Charles Leocha has been traveling since the age of two when his family moved from Alabama to Virginia. He is an Air Force Brat who has spent half his life abroad.
