About the Author Paul Sukys J.D. is a Professor of Law and Legal Studies at North Central Technical College in Mansfield Ohio. He is also a charter member of the advisory committee for the paralegal program at North Central Technical College and was instrumental in designing the curriculum for that program. He received his bachelor's and master's degrees from John Carroll University in Cleveland Ohio and his law degree from Cleveland State University. In the past he has served as an Adjunct Professor at Cuyahoga Community College in Cleveland. He is a member of the Ohio Bar.
