In Coaching for Leadership, my co-editors and I have brought together the coaching philosophies and methods of the worlds top leading coaching professionals for the simple purpose of helping leaders achieve positive, measurable change for themselves, their people and their teams. Nearly twenty years ago, I co-founded Keilty, Goldsmith & Company. Our leadership development, coaching, and feedback processes have impacted over one million people in leading organizations around the world.
