About the Author Jae-jin Choi holds design and animation degrees from Hong-Ik University in Seoul. For six years he was the resident PowerAnimator and Maya artist for the Seoul Broadcasting System, where he designed titles for sports, arts, education, and drama programs, including program titles for the 1988 Nagano Winter Olympics and the 2000 Sydney Summer Olympics. Today he is the section chief in charge of 3D animation at ARC Studio. He is also vice president of ma-p-ya Academy, a Seoul institute devoted to Maya education. He is the author of three previous books on Maya character animation published by YoungJin.com.
