About the Author
Margaret E. Bartschi is a distinguished attorney as well as an experienced instructor in the paralegal program at the University of Montana, College of Technology. She is listed in Who's Who Among Rising Young Americans, and is a member of the State Bar of California and the State Bar of Montana.
