Ever since slipping her own crisp dollar bill into the offering plate as a second grader, Ellie Kay has felt that the sweetest dollar was the one you could give away. Blessed at a young age with a frugal nature and a giving heart, Ellie has now transformed into a Coupon Queen and, in her own words, "the half-witted mother of five." After attaining a Bachelor's Degree in Management of Human Resources from Colorado Christian University, Ellie served as an insurance broker in Texas. There she met her husband, Bob, an U.S. Air Force pilot who promised to show her the world. Instead, Ellie and Bob ended up with five children in seven years and an itinerant lifestyle as the family was restationed. With a large family and no set home, Ellie learned that she was either going to have to start looking at life funny-or end up on the funny farm.
