Snowboarding is a sport of skill, talent, and passion. It is difficult to say exactly when snowboarding was developed, but the first known snowboard prototype was called the "snurfer" in 1965. Jake Burton introduced the first ski technology for the snowboard in 1980. Throughout the years snowboarding gained popularity, and by 1994 it had become an Olympic sport. Snowboarding made its debut in the 1998 Winter Olympics. Snowboarders claim there is nothing more thrilling.
