Updated to address significant changes in the latest edition of the American Medical Association's Guides to the Evaluation of Permanent Impairment, this third edition contains a new chapter outlining changes to the fifth edition, and a new chapter on cross-examination techniques for fifth edition impairment ratings, plus new appellate cases, an updated listing of state and federal statutes and regulations, and many additional sample direct and cross-examinations.
