Understanding the AMA Guides in Workers' Compensation SYNOPSIS Updated to address significant changes in the latest edition of the American Medical Association's Guides to the Evaluation of Permanent Impairment, this third edition contains a new chapter outlining changes to the fifth edition, and a new chapter on cross-examination techniques for fifth edition impairment ratings, plus new appellate cases, an updated listing of state and federal statutes and regulations, and many additional sample direct and cross-examinations.
