SHERYL FRIED KLINE, PhD, is Assistant Professor in the Department of Hospitality and Tourism Management at Purdue University in West Lafayette, Indiana. WILLIAM SULLIVAN is Adjunct Professor in the School of Hospitality Management at Widener University in Chester, Pennsylvania, and Adjunct Lecturer in the School of Hotel, Restaurant, and Institutional Management at the University of Delaware.
