About the Author
William H. Pivar is Professor Emeritus, Business and Real Estate Coordinator at College of the Desert, Palm Springs, California. He received California Real Estate Educator of the Year in 1994. He received his BS and JD degrees from the University of Wisconsin. His experience includes real estate salesman, broker, developer, Federal Government Attorney, author, and educator. Professor Pivar has published numerous textbooks on real estate.
