The Second Edition of Funk, Shapiro & Weaver retains the approach of the original as well as most of the problems and problem materials. However, based on the feedback of users the authors have fine-tuned some of the existing problems and replaced others, rearranged for better clarity the material in two chapters, and, of course, updated the book in light of judicial and legislative developments that have occurred since the first edition.
