About the Author

Paul Harding is agraduate of London University and has worked in several UK and foreign banks inLondon in credit, marketing and documentation roles. Since 1990 he has beeninvolved with derivatives documentation, and was a well-known negotiator in theCity with Barclays Capital Securities and Hill Samuel Bank, where he was headof treasury documentation.

 In February 1997 he founded Derivatives DocumentationLtd, a derivatives consultancy and project Management Company based in the Cityof London and providing negotiation, recruitment and in-house training servicesin derivatives documentation. Its clients include many of the world’sleading banks. In November 2001 Paul’s book, Mastering theISDA Master Agreement was published byFinancial Times-Prentice Hall. This was followed by his MasteringCollateral management and Documentation inconjunction with Christian Johnson, also in this series, which was published inNovember 2002.
