improvement. He was the cofounder
and CEO of Joiner Associates Inc. a management consulting firm which was
purchased by the President and became Oriel Incorporated in 1997. Dr. Joiner brings to this book more
than 30 years of first-hand experience and
his world-renowned advocacy of management principles for improving quality
and productivity. One of the
original nine judges for the Malcolm
Baldrige National Quality Award, Dr. Joiner was a frequent national speaker
