Flame in the Mind is designed to help readers meditate on the great prayers of St Augustine as they journey through the 6 weeks of Lent. Chapters look at the journey of faith, signposts along the way, the conversion of the heart, vocation and sanctification, and worship and service.

This is the official Lent book of the Archbishop of Canterbury and contains a foreword by the Archbishop. Each chapter concludes with questions for reflection and discussion, for use by individuals or small groups.
